Student Portal: Forgot Password

If you have updated your Portal profile previously, then you can answer your security questions to change your portal password.

If you are a student and you have added security questions to your Portal profile, click here

If you are a student and you have not updated your Portal profile, click here

You may also visit the TitanCard office to obtain your password. You will need your CWID and a picture ID before your password is released.

Student Portal: Forgot Password FAQ

Q: I haven't updated my portal profile yet. How do I login to the student portal?
A: Log in with your CWID and PIN to http://my.fullerton.edu to update your portal profile. When you update your portal profile, you will select a username, password and security questions and answers. The username you select will become the first part of your student email address preceding @csu.fullerton.edu.

Q: What if I can't remember my PIN?
A: Please contact the appropriate department listed below, according to your student status

If you are an Applicant for Admission to CSUF or an Admitted Student contact the Admissions and Records office:

Please note: Applicants for admission are sent a letter acknowledging receipt of their application. That letter contained your CWID and PIN. If you cannot find that letter or never received it, you can either send an email with your full name, CWID or birth date, and current mailing address in the body of the email for a new letter to be mailed to you or you can go to the Admissions and Records Service Center (LH-114) and present a photo ID for a staff member to access your PIN. The PIN is not released over the phone or by email.

Please note: Extended Education students receive a letter following registration in their first class at Cal State Fullerton. That letter includes your PIN.

Q: Once I update my student profile, can I continue to login to the student portal using my CWID and PIN?
A: No. Once you update your student profile and select a username and password, all subsequent logins require you to use that username and password to login.
